The Department of Economics at Saint Mary's University invites applications for a tenure track appointment at the Assistant Professor rank. Fields of interest include applied microeconomics, applied macroeconomics, economic development, and international trade and finance. Candidates with a demonstrated record in public policy-oriented research and teaching in these fields are especially encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have completed, or be near completion of, a PhD in economics, and have excellent qualifications for research and teaching in our graduate and undergraduate programs. The appointment will commence July 1, 2014.
