Further to our conversation, the Women's Endowment Fund (WEF) of The Jewish Foundation of Manitoba(JFM) is hosting a speaker's series entitled "Conversations."

Tomorrow evening, Thursday January, 27/05 at 7:30 p.m. in the Berney Theatre Phyllis Lightfoot, who is the Founder & President of the "Eating Disorders Association of Manitoba" (EDAM) will be speaking on the topic "A Daughter's Struggle - A Mother's Challenge." This is the story of her daughter and the development & challenge of dealing with an eating disorder as well as the affects of the disease on the whole family. She will be a powerful and insightful presenter.

The WEF would like to invite JSA/Hillel to attend. Please let me know the names of interested attendees so that their names will be at the entrance to the Berney Theatre or they can phone me directly at 477-7528. There are a limited number of seats available but the WEF felt that this would be a valuable opportunity to introduce the topic as well as the WEF to your peer group. Thank you for your assistance.
