Good afternoon,
Preparing for the upcoming Christmas break we would like to send a reminder that all orders should be requested to us before Friday, December 15. This way we can avoid packages coming in while no one is on campus to receive them. We are also including comments on each order informing the supplier about the dates in which the University will be closed.
Orders with ETA during these days will be placed in January.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks and have a nice day

Subject: Soil samples
Hi everyone,
Please see the attached pictures for soil samples. These have been in the walkin fridge for a few years and we have asked many people but couldn't find out who they belong to. There are 3-tier wiring shelves full of these samples. Doug gave permisiion to throw them out if we cant find the owner by thursday 4:30pm. Please have a look at your earliest convenience.
Thanks,
Parneet.

Subject: Walk-in Fridge
Hi Everyone,
Could you all please clean out the walk-in fridge in the support area of greenhouse. We need to make space for more materials in the new year. There is literally no space to get through to the back to get stuff. We would like it cleaned and organised onto the shelves. Also, please label your materials stored in the fridge. You can contact me or Cathy Bay if you need help.
Thanks,
Parneet.
