Hello,
There is currently old equipment and supplies along the riverbank at Plant Science Field Station (The Point). These items are needing to be moved because of the instability of the riverbank.
Please identify if any of the equipment or supplies that is from your group by December 19 and your plans to remove the equipment and supplies if you are not able to do so before December 19th.
Thank you,
Emily

All,
About two months ago we requested to remove all materials along the riverbank from behind all buildings at the Point. A tour last week and a reminder from Physical Plant indicates we have not started the cleanup. Winter is here (or so it seems) and we will need to have it cleared by the end of the month. If you have any materials stored or dumped in these areas., please remove. I am attempting to get bins for recyclable metals to the Point to help with the clean up.

Hello,
Thank you for all of the responses for the Audio Metric Test. ESHO has asked that we provide them with some more information.
The same criteria still apply (exposure to sound 80 DPI or over for the hearing tests that EHSO provides)
Please Provide the following additional information:
Location (Building/Room):
Equipment/ Tool (over 80 decibel):
*Please list all of the equipment that you work with that would be over 80 decibels*
This new information will help EHSO determine areas/ equipment that need to be check for noise levels.
Thank you,
Emily

Thank you,
Emily

Please fill in the information regarding the product you need and email me by Monday 7,2022.As of today, I already filled items I need.

Hi all,
This email is about the room 008 A/B/C, as you already know we need to move temperature sensitive items to the cold rooms in greenhouse (the Walk-in fridge, room 192, located at the west end of the Agriculture Bldg) by this Tuesday .We can only access the rooms in the off hours (before 8:30 am /after 4:30pm as mentioned by the contractor).Everything including fans/coolers will be shut off until the renovations are completed. For the health & safety, it is mandatory to wear N95 mask, gloves, safety glasses while accessing these rooms.
Please let me know if you need more information or help with the moving
Thank you so much
