I’m copying this to the committee since I’m not really on top of the recording issue. As I remember it, the conditions were simply that he record it for us, giving us, and Jane, final approval of any edits to the recording. We would own it, but once it is posted, he could show it on his youtube channel. For this we would pay him. I forget how much, but we didn’t think he would charge us very much. Does anyone remember if we discuss a concrete figure?

Here is the consent form for audio recording. The only thing is we should have a contact person for the WGSCC on the consent form. I would think you being the chair that you should be the contact person.
I've already talked with the programing director at CKUW and Emily of Rank and File Radio and they are good to go.
