Hi everyone,

Question about the release forms. I used the release forms that Rhonda had sent me.

So you'll notice the second line says the *Canadian Society For Ukrainian Labour research, *with a corresponding address. What should we put for the WGSCC address?

Also is there anything that needs to be changed or added with these release forms?
