Hi Scott,
I’m copying this to the committee since I’m not really on top of the recording issue. As I remember it, the conditions were simply that he record it for us, giving us, and Jane, final approval of any edits to the recording. We would own it, but once it is posted, he could show it on his youtube channel. For this we would pay him. I forget how much, but we didn’t think he would charge us very much. Does anyone remember if we discuss a concrete figure?

That is about what I recall. Jane did ask that some shorter clips be edited, like a few minutes each, that she can use on social media.
I don't recall a firm number being discussed for payment.

I have someone who can do it for $200. Full shoot and short social media clips (as we direct).
He’s a professional videographer — Paul James — who shoots a great deal for the NDP. He’s solid.
