Technical support for midterm exams - Extended to include weekends
The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning and Information Services & Technology (IST) will have expert technicians available for three weekends during the mid-point of the Winter term to provide technical support. Normal service desk hours do not include weekends, but this is deemed necessary due to the higher volume of online midterm exams occurring this term.
