Streetsblog USA reports "Green man" authority will prioritize pedestrians over cars in parts of London, England as part of the Mayor's ambitious plan to get a million more walking trips by 2041. At 10 other intersections, they want to use traffic signals to give pedestrians the right-of-way by default. They call it the "green man."
