[At-network] MUTCD (U.S.) - Bicycle Facilities - what's in, what's not

Please see message below from Terry regarding the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) in the U.S.

On a related note, the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) is updating the Canadian MUTCDhttp://www.tac-atc.ca/english/projects/trafficcontrol.cfm. Looks like it will be a while though, as the analysis of what is needed to be updated is not expected to be completed until spring 2014.
