[At-network] Residents of a Parking Benefit District in Columbus can ride free on public transit

Funding for the Short North C-pass program comes from a designation from the City of Columbus of local parking revenue generated within the Short North Parking Benefit District. These local parking revenues are reinvested into mobility programs in the Short North area after the city’s costs are met, Pandora said.
