[At-network] ON spending up to $42.5M this year on cycling infrastructure out of cap-and-trade fund

Good to see Ontario using their cap-and-trade monies on cycling infrastructure and other GHG emissions reduction projects. Would like to see the same approach for future carbon tax revenues in Manitoba.
