Sunday street closure signs & letter to residents

      For interest, here are samples of the signage from Scotia Street. Notably,
those (irritating) signs reminding cyclists that motorists have the right
to use the street have been removed in place of these signs.
Also attached is the letter that was sent to residents regarding the Sunday
street closures.
