Why is kids' bike safety soaring?

      Very interesting Friday reading (with lots of graphs!) from the U.S. on the
number of kids walking and biking compared with the 1970s, and the plummet
in youth biking fatalities. Surprisingly, it's *not* because kids are
biking less.
