THE University of Manitoba Students’ Union says Winnipeg Transit’s U-Pass program will continue at the school.

The UMSU board of directors has voted in favour to “save” the U-Pass program, at an increased rate of $200/full-time student per term, up from $136.25/term — a hike the City of Winnipeg said is needed to cover costs.
