CALS Finance - Special Board Meeting.
Hi Everyone,
I'm finally getting our reviews caught up with our accountants, Clarke, Starke and Diegel. They have prepared statements for us to approve so that we can move forward with the process. As a result, we need to have a Board of Directors meeting to approve them. If I could ask for 30 minutes of your time, I can provide the information, answer any questions and then move to approve these through a motion.
Here is a Doodle. If you could fill it out by Friday, I can then confirm the date and we can move forward. We would need 8 people for quorum.

I hope you had a good weekend. I had proposed that we could meet this morning, but we don't have quorum just yet. So, we won't meet today.
According to the Doodle, there is no clear winner for a date just yet. Perhaps April 9 or 10th.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your patience and thank you for participating in the doodle. Apologies for not getting back to you to set a firm date and time. I think our listserv emails may have gotten lost in some inboxes and plus, it’s the end of term and understandably challenging for everyone.
