Hello D1, it seems that we have some problems with the e-mail address for the class as this e-mail went out this morning from Dr. Swain, but it seems you just got a blank e-mail. If these types of blank e-mails happen, please let us (Dean's Office) know as we can't get the problem fixed if we don't know about it.

Dear Class of 2028,

I realize that with the completion of your last exam this morning that you will be in a well-deserved celebratory mood. I regret however that I have some sad news to pass on to your class. Unfortunately your MDA mentorship program lead mentor, Dr. David Goertz (class of 1992), passed away over the weekend. Dr. Goertz was a well-respected alumnus of our program and contributed to organized dentistry in Manitoba in many ways including as a board member and former president of the Manitoba Dental Association. He will be missed by the dental community.
