[Dental-hygiene-year3] Dh Disposition Forms

Hello All,

Please be reminded that when you have completed a Disposition Form, you must update the form "Status" to "TOPCC" (see below.) This ensures that the correct recipient is populated in the message field. Be sure that you have removed your name from the "User" Field. Select "OK" and the form will be delivered to the Hygiene PCC.
