Thank-you all for getting on board with this new ordering protocol. There will be some items you may run out of or need refilling such as: White powder wax ($15 - refillable), Blue Etch (n/c-refillable), Prime & Bond (n/c-refillable), Prisma Gloss (n/c-replaceable), Flowable composite (n/c-replaceable). To request such items, you must enclose the empty containers in your order envelopes before the order box is returned to Dental Stores on Tuesdays. If one of these items are requested and there is no empty container submitted, then you will not receive a new item on the Friday.
