Things to remember for CLEARANCE:

* All CLEARANCE information can be found on D3 Clearance TEAM! * Students must sign-up for all appointments by May 1, 2026, the file will be locked after this date. * Students must show up at their respective appointment times as such, other accommodations cannot be made. * It is imperative that you have all forms & reports completed & approved by your instructor prior to your clearance appointments. * Pay attention to the days & times of your sign-up appointments (some clearance needs to be made in a specific order & your appointments should not overlap each other). * Please enter your first & last name on each sign-up sheet. * Michelle Oshanyk for your Account Balance, must be the last person you meet by May 22, 2026, after you have received all signatures on the Clearance Checklist.
