Rubber dam for all operative procedures - this is a simulated patient exam, so the expectation would be that you place a rubber dam or different rubber dams that would be most appropriate for the procedure and patient. Generally 7 -3 for quadrant and 3-3 for anterior. 2. Surveyor - these can be signed out from dental stores or dispensary BEFORE the exam not the day of the exam.
