Cast Your Line: A Beginner's Guide to Tiny Fishing
by abstract.gecko.mbwk＠protectsmail.net 11 Feb '26

There's something oddly satisfying about fishing games that keeps us coming back for more. Maybe it's the anticipation of what you'll catch next, or perhaps it's just the simple pleasure of watching your collection grow. If you're looking for a relaxing way to spend a few minutes (or let's be honest, a few hours), Tiny Fishing might be exactly what you need. This charming little browser game strips fishing down to its most enjoyable elements. No complicated controls, no overwhelming mechanics - just you, your fishing line, and the endless depths below. It's perfect for those moments when you need a mental break but don't want to commit to anything too intense. https://tinyfishingame.com/ How to Play Getting started couldn't be simpler. When you first launch the game, you'll see your fishing line dangling above the water. Click or tap to cast your line, and it'll automatically descend into the depths. As it goes down, fish will swim past - your job is to catch them by making contact with your hook. The real trick is timing your cast and managing your line's depth. You'll start with a basic hook that can only catch a few fish before you need to reel back in. As you catch fish, you'll earn money that you can use to upgrade your equipment. Better hooks catch more fish, longer lines reach deeper waters, and stronger lines let you reel in bigger hauls. Each fishing trip is essentially a balancing act. Do you reel in now with a modest catch, or risk going deeper for those rare, valuable fish? The deeper you go, the more unusual creatures you'll encounter, and that's where Tiny Fishing really shines in keeping things interesting. Tips for Success Don't rush to upgrade everything at once. I've found that focusing on line length first helps you access better fish faster, which means more money in the long run. Once you can reach the deeper zones consistently, then invest in hook capacity and other upgrades. Pay attention to which fish are worth the most. Some common fish might seem tempting, but saving your hook space for rarer catches often pays off better. It's okay to let some fish swim by if you're hunting for bigger prizes. Take your time with the game. There's no timer pressuring you, no energy system limiting your play. This is meant to be a chill experience, so treat it that way. Final Thoughts What makes this game work is its simplicity. There are no ads interrupting your gameplay, no complicated crafting systems, and no pressure to perform. You cast, you catch, you upgrade, repeat. It's gaming comfort food - familiar, satisfying, and easy to pick up whenever you have a spare moment. Whether you're procrastinating on work, winding down before bed, or just need something to occupy your hands while listening to a podcast, this little fishing game delivers exactly what it promises. Sometimes that's all you really need.

Endodontic Treatment Guidelines
by Trenna Reeve 04 Feb '26

04 Feb '26

D3 and D4 students, For teeth planned for endodontic treatment you must have the following information included in your patient notes: Tooth # - percussion sensitivity (Yes/No), apical palpation tenderness (Yes/No), EPT results, cold test results, mobility, any probing depths >3mm, restorable (Yes/No) Then with that information you need to clearly indicate a pulpal and periapical diagnosis for the tooth in question Without data collection and a diagnosis, you should never proceed with endodontic treatment for a tooth (at the college or in private practice). If the treatment is elective endo then you still need to collect and report all data and pulpal and periapical diagnosis, then clearly state why elective endodontic treatment is needed. All endo treatment assignments are managed through the PCCs Elaine and Athena. They must be aware of when you are moving forward with endo treatment on any assigned patient. For all endo co-assignments within D3 and D4 these must be emailed to myself, Elaine and Athena to be reviewed and reassigned. If I do not see the information listed above the case will be on hold until you have properly collected/recorded in the patient chart the necessary pulp vitality testing information and confirmed an endodontic diagnosis. If you have any questions please let me know. Dr. Reeve Trenna M. Change to Lab Work Requirements
by Trenna Reeve 04 Feb '26

04 Feb '26

D4 Class, In consideration of your request to reduce your lab work for Term 2, I will support you by allowing you to send your complete denture cases to the lab for set up of all denture teeth. For CUD, CLD or CUD/CLD (conventional or immediate) cases, you can send these to the lab without setting your anterior 6 and have the lab set ALL teeth. With this change, ensure that you have your case mounted correctly at the established VDO, mark your midline on the maxillary cast and send the denture teeth with the case. If at your wax try-in/tooth try-in stage the teeth are not set properly and changes are required, you will need to make the modifications to the tooth placement yourself. We do not want the lab to complete multiple tooth set ups for your case. You have one shot at having the lab set all of your denture teeth so ensure your VDO is correct and confirm repeatedly that your CR is accurate, and the case is mounted properly. For all partial denture cases you will still be required to mount the cases and set the denture teeth yourself. I hope this helps support more study time for your boards. Dr. Reeve Trenna M.
