A few questions that have been asked to share with you:
1. Rubber dam for all operative procedures - this is a simulated patient exam, so the expectation would be that you place a rubber dam or different rubber dams that would be most appropriate for the procedure and patient. Generally 7 -3 for quadrant and 3-3 for anterior. 2. Surveyor - these can be signed out from dental stores or dispensary BEFORE the exam not the day of the exam. Dispensary has 10 surveyors (8 have been signed out already) and dental stores have 30.
