If you are interested in participating in the Neuroaffirming Cohort this fall, applications open at 12:00 a.m. on September 2 (late this evening).

Before You Apply To be eligible for the scholarship, you must have a UM Careers account. Please create your UM Careers account before the application opens, as you will not be able to complete the process without one. UM Careers Link: https://viprecprod.ad.umanitoba.ca/default.aspx

After You Submit Your Application Your application will be reviewed. If you are eligible to move forward, you will receive an email from Adwoa Amponsah amponsa2@myumanitoba.camailto:amponsa2@myumanitoba.ca (Graduate Project Assistant) with the subject line: "Neuroaffirming Cohort – Please Respond" This email will ask you to complete the following two steps:

1. Complete and return the Post-Secondary Student Agreement * Download the attached agreement. * Add your name, phone number, date, and signature. * Reply to the email and upload the completed agreement. 2. Complete the Demographic Survey * A survey link will be included in the same email.

Scholarship Award Process Once you have:

* returned the signed Post-Secondary Student Agreement, and * completed the Demographic Survey,

eligible applicants will receive a scholarship offer through UM Careers on a first come-first serve basis.

Important: Please check your UM Careers Account regularly to accept the scholarship offer immediately. Any scholarship offer that is not accepted by September 13 at 11:59 p.m. will be rescinded and offered to the next eligible student. Thank you, Nadine Bartlett
