Please complete this form if you attended the Northern Practicum information during Orientation, plan on attending the October 6th session, and/or if you are interested in learning more about completing a practicum placement in Northern Manitoba during the Winter Term 2027 practicum block (March–April 2027). Completing this form does not commit or guarantee you to a Northern Practicum placement. It allows the Practicum Office to identify interested Teacher Candidates and follow up with additional information, opportunities, and next steps.
