[EpiData-list] V2.2.1 of EpiData Analysis uploaded

v2.2.1 (Build 171) of EpiData Analysis has been uploaded.

The only changes are: Fixing mismatch of subfoot and estimates information on SPC charts. Extending information for RunCharts - telling the number of measurements and points omitted on median.
