Re: Installation of Epidata Manager on Windows 11
Dear Epidata team I have been trying to use Epidata Manager v4.6.0.6, EntryClient v4.6.0.6 and Analysis v3.2.0.0 on my 64 bit Windows 11 laptop. The software do not open by simply clicking on the exe files, nor does it open if we install the packages using admin access. Other colleagues are also facing similar issues. Please suggest possible solutions. Regards Divya
Hello Divya, I have a new computer with windows 10 and the latest updates. The program does not start here either. I saw in the Windows Event Viewer that the "Libeay32.dll" file is causing the problem. The question remains whether this DLL is more specific to EpiData. As a workaround, I backed up the original file and copied another DLL of the same name into the Epidata program directory. Then EpiData started. I don't know if this is good. The developers would have to judge that.
