Dear Food and Human Nutritional Sciences Community, We have some exciting news to share – for the very first time, a team from the University of Manitoba will be competing in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) College Bowl Competition! 🎉 This amazing event will take place on March 22nd at the University of British Columbia, where our talented team will represent the Pacific Northwest Region. Let’s give a huge round of applause to the students who earned their spot on this prestigious team, selected based on their outstanding performance in last year’s FHNS-GSA Quiz Competition: Graduate Students:

We’re deeply grateful for their mentorship and guidance! We’re beyond proud of our team and all the hard work they’ve put into preparing for this competition.
