ACTION REQUIRED – PMH Bus tour May 29/30

Dear MAHN Students,
We’re very excited for your participation in the upcoming bus tour with the Prairie Mountain Health region! As shared by Larissa, please find the finalized itinerary for the 2-day tour attached.
All students attending the tour are required to complete and submit the attached waiver form. Please review and sign the following documents:
1. MAHN Two-Day Bus Tour Itinerary – Final * Any issues or concerns with the attached itinerary can be redirected to Larissa Kominko (LKominko@pmh-mb.camailto:LKominko@pmh-mb.ca) 2. Waiver for Educational Opportunity or Volunteer Activity * Note: The “description of educational opportunity or volunteer activity” refers to the attached itinerary.
Please return the signed waiver by Tuesday, May 27 at 4:30 PM. This is required to participate in the tour.
