Whether it’s a nutrient-packed snack, a futuristic meal, or a sustainable twist on a classic favorite, this is your moment to show off your creativity and knowledge in food science and human nutrition! · Think it. Create it. Taste it! Develop a new food product using science, innovation, and teamwork. · Showcase your skills—from formulation and nutritional benefits to packaging and marketing strategy! · Compete for awesome prizes for first ($800), second ($600), and third ($400) places while having a blast with your fellow food innovators!
