July wrap up week - July 14

Sent on behalf of Acting MAHN Coordinator, Katrina Cachero:
Dear MAHN students,
As discussed, below are the assigned study guide groups. I realized I had inadvertently left out Madison, she has now been added to the Nutrition Care group, as this section carries the most weight according to the CDRE exam blueprint. As well, I will forward Hannah's presentation from this morning once I receive it.
Group 1: Food & Nutrition Expertise, Professionalism & Ethics
* Zoe, Kamal, Emily Group 2: Communication & Collaboration, Management & Leadership
* Lisa, Rinat, Maya Group 3: Nutrition Care
* Lasse, Alli, Samantha, Madison Group 4: Population Health
* Megan, Taira, Angeline Group 5: Food Provision
* Justine, Aimee, Jenn
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Best,

The University of Manitoba campuses are located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anisininewuk, Dakota Oyate and Dene, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
We respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we dedicate ourselves to move forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of Reconciliation and collaboration.

Hello,
There was a great question regarding competency mapping for the study guide. To clarify, students should provide a brief summary with examples for each practice competency. The Dietitian Self-Assessment Tool that Hannah introduced is a helpful resource for this: https://dietitianselfassessment.ca/dashboard/survey.aspx.
Thanks,
