We are writing to you today to inform you about the Interuniversity Network for Justice and Human Rights project, which may be of interest to CAHRI. This project, implemented by Lawyers Without Borders Canada (LWB Canada)https://asfcanada.ca/en/medias/challenges-discrimination-women-canada-cedaw/ and supported by the Quebec Secretariat for Canadian Relations, aims to create a space for reflection and training on campuses that will enable future professionals in law, political science, and other fields to play an active role in the defense of human rights, both nationally and internationally. As part of this project, we are offering you to organize either an in-person participatory workshop or a webinar this coming fall on a topic related to international law. Following this activity, we could assist student interested in establishing an LWB Canada committee at their university. We also plan to organize an inter-university conference bringing together all LWB Canada committees in March 2027 in Ottawa. Bonjour, Nous vous écrivons aujourd'hui pour vous faire part du projet Réseau interuniversitaire pour la justice et les droits humains qui pourrait vous intéresser à titre de juriste, professeur.e ou étudiant.e.s Ce projet mise en oeuvre par Avocats sans frontières Canada (ASF Canada)https://asfcanada.ca/ et soutenu par le Secrétariat du Québec au relations canadiennes, vise à créer un espace de réflexion et de formation au sein des campus qui permettra aux futur.e.s professionnel.le.s du droit, des sciences politiques et d'autres domaines de jouer un rôle actif dans la défense des droits humains, tant au niveau national qu'international. Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous offrons aux juristes, membres du corps professoral ou aux étudiant.e.s soit un atelier participatif en salle ou un webinaire à l'automne prochain sur une thématique du droit international. A la suite de cette activité, dans les universités intéressées, un comité ASF Canada pourrait être créé. Il est également prévu qu'un Colloque interuniversitaire rassemblant tous les comités ASF Canada soit organisé en mars 2027 à Ottawa.
