Hi everyone,
I just want to advise you that we have a repeat customer who seems to get his or her jollies from asking questions about "poo" (not the Winnie-the-Pooh kind). We've received at least 4 of these chats by this person, the latest being this afternoon. The chats are the sort of thing you might get from a grade-school student. They're not obscene, but they *are* annoying.
I would suggest that if you get this person that you either close the chat or advise them that we can trace their IP address. That may discourage future chats from them.

I had this Poo person on Saturday morning. I shut down the chat. 20 seconds later "someone" was asking about Winnie-the-Pooh. ----- Original Message ----- From: Betty Braaksma To: lib-virtual-ref@lists.umanitoba.ca Sent: Monday, January 30, 2012 3:43 PM Subject: [Lib-virtual-ref] Virtual Ref "joker"
