It has a nice growing season, affordable living, and access to mountains, trails, lakes, waterfalls, and camping. • Our main patient group is curative intent, has high incentive to use nutrition intervention, and has continuity of care with their dietitian for about 3 months. • We have an excellent team at BC Cancer Prince George. The medical team is very collaborative and respectful. You can tell daily that everyone is trying to deliver excellent patient outcomes and a high standard of care. Our broader team at the centre is very friendly and kind. I love this job because the coworkers are wonderful. • We also have a robust dietitian group both in Prince George through Northern Health and through our other BC Cancer sites for any newcomers to the community and to practice. We also have some nice perks, such as staff patio with propane BBQ, rooftop community garden, and engagement committee activities for centre staff (treats, centre activities, etc).
