Hello, I cannot get access to entrada. I am using my correct email and password and when I enter it I get sent to my authentication app and then I go back and it says "the username or password you have provided is incorrect".

Good afternoon Class of 2030!
I just wanted to introduce myself before you begin to receive more emails from me as we get closer to the start of the academic year.
My name is Maggie and I’m the Pre-Clerkship Program Lead in UGME -- I oversee the first two years of your UGME program. You will get to know the rest of the UGME/Pre-Clerkship admin team really well over the next couple of years, but during Pre-Clerkship if you’re ever not sure who to contact for help, I’m your go-to person. So, save my information now in your contact lists! While all staff have personal email addresses, the preclerkship@umanitoba.camailto:preclerkship@umanitoba.ca should be the one you use to reach me. We will provide contact information shortly for the other staff in our office you will communicate with over the next two years.
This is a super exciting time for you! Around this time of the year, there are usually a few things students start to look for. Take what you need from this:
1. Accessing Entrada
Entrada is our curriculum management system, where you will access your personalized calendars, course/learning event objectives and resources, attendance records, and other materials. You will use this system for all 4 years of your program.
* Your Entrada access goes live tomorrow, Friday, July 31 at noon. * After that time, Entrada can be accessed via the following page: https://entrada.radyfhs.umanitoba.ca (bookmark this!). * Your username is your myumanitoba.ca email address; your UofM email password should synchronize to also be your Entrada password.
1. Schedules * On Friday (same time as your access goes live), your individual Entrada schedules for Fall Term will be populated in your Dashboard calendarhttps://entrada.radyfhs.umanitoba.ca/dashboard. Some important schedule notes:
i. Good habits. Your dashboard is the ONLY way to access your full, personalized schedule. Yours can differ from the schedule of your classmates for some courses. Other calendar displays throughout Entrada may be incomplete for you, so for now, please ensure you are planning class attendance based on that dashboard landing page. You should be checking this page regularly (daily) before classes and when planning ahead for extra-curricular activities.
ii. It’s a work in progress. Your schedule is mostly just a framework right now so you’ll be able to see how we have structured your time for the upcoming term. We are still populating information and materials as these are finalized. We appreciate your patience!
iii. Changes can happen. Significant changes to published courses are not anticipated at this point, but minor changes can (and will) still occur. Again, please ensure you are checking your Entrada schedule regularly for updates.
iv. If it looks wrong, it might be. Please contact me or year1ugme@umanitoba.camailto:year1ugme@umanitoba.ca if anything seems amiss in your schedule, e.g. learning events that conflict with another, or sessions in a classmate’s calendar but not in yours. Mistakes and technical issues happen! We can look into these quickly for you and reassure as necessary. :)
1. Planned Absences (Fall Term only) * We will review the Pre-Clerkship attendance policyhttps://entrada.radyfhs.umanitoba.ca/community/ugme:policies?section=view-file&id=26294&download=latest and absence reporting procedures in Entrada during Orientation Week. For this reason, we do not expect absence requests be made in advance of that orientation and Entrada training and temporarily waive the notice requirements in the policy. However, if after reviewing your schedule you have questions or concerns regarding known absences (or especially if you need to plan for some absences) in the first few weeks of classes, please connect with us early to assist you.
1. Textbook List * I have attached a textbook list for Pre-Clerkship. Many textbooks are available online for free through the UM library and are noted as such in the listing.
