Women in Medical Education Leadership Series This month, we introduce a new podcast series which presents the voices of women in medical education leadership. When we talk about women in leadership positions in Canadian medical schools, the focus is often on numbers. Numbers are important but so are the wealth of stories that help paint a more complete picture. In this podcast series, we strive to look beyond the numbers and present the experiences that make up each woman’s journey as a Canadian medical education leader.
