Assessment in the Moment Work-based assessment practices in the clinical environment can direct further learning and foster growth. Using a coaching lens, this workshop will provide a framework for ‘in the moment’ formative assessment with targeted questions to support clinical learning.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
