How Stress Can Inform What We Do in Medical Education "Stress" is frequently equated with an adverse experience in medical education. However, stress itself does not have a specific connotation. Stress exists in a lot of what we do and cannot be feared or avoided. Instead, we need to teach our trainees how to embrace and harness stress for positive outcomes.
