shared student space in Helen Glass - card coding
It was a pleasure to welcome you (back) to the midwifery program! I hope the information shared was useful. Please reach out if you have questions.
One thing I was remiss not to mention during my presentation was about shared student space in Helen Glass.
Along with nursing students, midwifery students have access to:
* 206 - Student association lounge * 230 - Quiet study space (in hallway by parkade) * Locker room in basement (1st floor) * Indigenous students can request access to the PINE (Pathway for Indigenous Nursing Education) Please email Marla.Robson@umanitoba.camailto:Marla.Robson@umanitoba.ca to connect.
The lounge and locker room in basement have community use items like refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc.
*If you have never had your ID card coded before to access the spaces noted above, a walk to the Physical Plant building is required - see map below. It's short walk on a beautiful day. ** if your card was coded in a previous academic session and the swipe no longer works, please stop by the reception desk and they can assist you by email.
The hours the coding office is available - Monday through Friday:
* 0830 - 0930 * 1015 - 1145 * 1300 - 1430 * 1500 - 1530
Also, for the students who raised their hands acknowledging issues with Manitoba Student Loans, please email me directly so I can investigate further.
Happy Wednesday! Marie
