The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and all responses are anonymous and will only be reported in aggregate form to ensure confidentiality. The survey and data analysis will be conducted by the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences Office of Professionalism.

Over the past several months, we have come together in a series of community building circles designed to strengthen connection, foster trust, and support a culture of respect and belonging within our college.
