Good morning everyone,
Professor Emeritus Jim Teller has asked me to let you all know that he donated his 35 mm (mostly teaching) slide collection to the U of M Library. Slides are now being digitized, and images and the labelled slides will be available from U of M Archives early in the new year. He had housed the ~3000 slides in 15 wood cabinets in his office, and some of these cabinets are now available (free) from the Library; they measure 15 cm high x 30 cm wide x 45 cm deep and each has separate slots (in 5 rows) for 250 35-mm slides.
If anyone is interested in obtaining these free cabinets, please contact Jim Teller (James.Teller@umanitoba.camailto:James.Teller@umanitoba.ca) directly, as soon as possible.
Thanks,
