In an effort to provide better customer service and increase efficiency with processing, HR sends regular communication to provide PSUs with tips on a variety of subjects. We welcome your feedback.
Subject: Employment verification letter requests
Did You Know…
HR has streamlined the process regarding how employees and former employees can request Employment Verification Letters. Effective immediately, they should submit their request by completing the following Microsoft Form: https://forms.office.com/r/pCFDBckMGe This form ensures that requests are automatically routed to the appropriate HR or Payroll unit. It also reduces the back-and-forth emails between the requestor and the letter-providing units, streamlining the process for everyone involved.
Key Details:
* Employees must complete the form themselves. * Once submitted, requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days. * The form linkhttps://umanitoba.sharepoint.com/sites/um-intranet-hiring-and-managing-resources/SitePages/employment-verification-letter-request-form.aspx?web=1 is also be available on the HR and Payroll SharePoint Intranet sites and in the Employee Self Service Portal * Note: To prevent spam submissions, the link is not posted publicly on the Internet.
