I kept seeing Kamagra come up when I searched for ED treatment, so I looked into it properly. Short version: Kamagra oral jelly, cenforce, PDE5 or many medicine isn’t licensed as a medicine in the UK. It usually contains sildenafil, the same active ingredient as Viagra, but it’s made outside the UK’s regulated system, and there’s no guarantee that what’s on the label is what’s in the pack. The UK medicines regulator (the MHRA) has warned people about unlicensed ED products sold online.
The part that surprised me is that you don’t need to go down that route. Generic sildenafil is available in the UK through a pharmacist or GP after a quick health check, and it’s often cheap. Has anyone else here gone the proper route? How did you find it?
