Hello All, Please see the email below from the FHNS GSA. Hello FHNS graduate students! We are excited to introduce our FHNS GSA Executive candidates for 2024/2025. We will be holding out the FHNS GSA election on the 16th of September for the following positions: - President - Secretary - Events and Activities Coordinator (HNS) -Treasurer Attached you will find an introduction to your candidates for the contested positions and the confirmed positions. There will be no election for the positions which had only one candidate. You will also hear from the candidates via the FHNS WhatsApp group and other social media. A virtual Open Forum/ Meet and Greet for FHNS Grad students will be held at 4 pm today (September 11th, 2024). All the FHNS grad students are welcome to that and feel free to ask any questions from the candidates before the election. PHIA and FIPPA training

Hi Everyone, The training certificates for both FIPPA and PHIA are the same (both say PHIA). I am not certain why that is as they are separate training. Please be sure to complete both training courses and upload the certificate to both assignment drop boxes even if they are the same certificate. Thanks, Jessica

Hello All, You will have received an e-mail regarding RSVP to the FHNS ice cream social. Your attendance is encouraged if you are in a Winnipeg placement as it is a good opportunity to meet and interact with FHNS faculty, staff and students. If you rsvp to attend, please let us know and we will send a request to your preceptor to dismiss you from placement at 3pm that day to attend the event. You will only be dismissed early from placement if you are attending the event. We are also looking for two students to help us at a booth at the event.
