Paula Hossack, Career Consultant, and Jim McLaren, Professional Coach, would like to invite you to take part in this voluntary reflection exercise to assist in your career planning. In the past, we have found that those who participated in the reflection process, felt it was very helpful in preparing for CaRMS personal letters and interviews.
