by Dayo Akinola 20 Oct '26

20 Oct '26

This message is sent on behalf of Cheryl Pryce Hi Everyone, We have our second free webinar from WNRCASN! Please join me in attending: Webinar #2: Teaching and Learning in an AI-Enabled World AI is increasingly being incorporated into nursing education by both educators and students. But how is it being used, and what do we currently know about its impact on teaching and learning? This webinar will provide an overview of the emerging literature on the uptake of AI in nursing education. We will explore how nurse educators are using AI to support curriculum development, teaching, assessment, feedback, simulation, and other educational activities, as well as how nursing students are using AI to support their learning. The session will then examine potential benefits and challenges associated with AI in nursing education, including opportunities to enhance accessibility, personalization, feedback, and efficiency, alongside concerns related to academic integrity, bias, privacy, equity, accountability and the development of clinical reasoning and professional judgement. When: November 13th, 2026, 12:00 to 1:30 PM PST Where: Via Zoom; registration is required Registration link: https://ubc.zoom.us/meeting/register/T6XuIXgATh6roUs6blVD9A See you there!
