[grex-pi] Last call for local HPC (Grex) allocations!

This is a reminder that of 2024-25 call for Grex resource allocations is due in two days, by 4:30 pm on November 28, 2024.

If your group needs local HPC compute and storage resources exceeding the "default" allocations, and you have not yet applied, applying may be a good idea.
