Good afternoon CL2029, As we have our final exam review session for FM0 happening this Thursday, September 18, we will once again be taking questions to send to Dr. Fedirchuk for this session. Similarly to the midterm review session, it is possible that not all instructors from FM0 will be attending the session, so if you want to ensure that your question is answered, please fill out the Google form below or send either Yana or I an email. Please make sure to include both the session and instructor which your question pertains to when submitting your question. We will be sending the questions we receive to Dr. Fedirchuk at 6pm on Wednesday September 17, so please submit any questions before then. In addition to this, we have corrected the following bugs: * An issue where answer choices were not retained after navigation in some specific scenarios * An issue that would have prevented iPadOS 26 from being supported with Drag and Drop questions * Removed the ability to insert photos while using the spreadsheet tool In addition to this release, please note that we are still testing upcoming versions of the Apple iPadOS. The following email is sent on behalf of the Clinical Learning and Simulation Program: New for 2025/2026, students will have the opportunity to book extra time to practice clinical skills on equipment they would have been exposed to during teaching sessions. Clinical Learning and Simulation Program will provide a schedule of dates when you may book time with the equipment. Carefully review the guidelines on the booking form and book your timeslot. It is important to note that students may only book practice time with equipment they had exposure to in a previous CS1 or CS2 teaching session. Hi everyone, Here is a brief summary of what we covered today: 1. How to read the Student Report * Course leaders do not get your individual marks. They are given an overall summary with redacted student names and marks. * They go over the statistics and make changes based on them. * Any questions that perform below 30% are automatically dropped. * For midterms, questions that perform below 60% are reviewed and revised if necessary. Course leaders also prepare a presentation that goes over the concepts that performed poorly. We upload those to Entrada in the Event Resources section of the exam event. They will not contain the actual questions. Usually, course leaders will provide the slides or notes from the curriculum where the material can be found. Use this to help you study for the final exam. We do not do this after the final exams. * Student Report contains CLOs (ex. FM0.1). CLOs can be found in your syllabus. Every question is linked to a CLO. It is to help you figure out where you need to improve. Questions are also tagged with the sessions the question came from. 2. Notes and Feedback * Students can leave comments on each question in the exam. i. Can be found under Tools-Notes ii. Examples of comments: typos, material not covered in lectures, ask for clarification, etc. iii. Course leaders read all the comments and use those to improve questions. iv. They will not respond individually to students as all comments are anonymous. v. Try not to use the comment section to write down your thought process as you work out the answer - use scrap paper for that. You can always ask for more scrap paper from the invigilators if needed. 1. FM0 exam results released same day as you have assignments based on the results. * All other courses - we try to release marks same day but not always possible. Will release them as soon as they are ready. Sometimes we have to consult with the course leaders and instructors if there are comments about questions. Let me know if you have any questions.
