Good morning, Please let me know if you will be available for the proposed October 3rd extended meeting time by September 13th. The proposed longer meeting will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a break for dinner at 6:00 PM. Location is yet to be determined. Please let me know if you require further information. As you know, we usually hold one longer meeting each year to more fully discuss issues of importance to research and researchers at the University of Manitoba. There have been many developments since we last met. Accordingly, I am writing to ask that our first meeting of the year on October 3 be this longer meeting that we propose to run from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a break for dinner at 6:00 PM.
