Dear Colleagues,
I circulated a link to the very brief equity, diversity and inclusion survey
for the new Canadian Brain Research Strategy (CBRS) initiative. Thank you to
those of you who completed it. For those who have not, please consider doing
so. Not only does this help leaders underpin the entire CBRS with critical
consideration to EDI, but it also allows each of us to be counted as a
neuroscientist who calls Manitoba home. As a group, we are sometimes
disappointed that national colleagues do not know that we work in a robust
neuroscience environment in Manitoba. Let's all take this simple step toward
ensuring we take out proper place on the national scene.
This includes FACULTY, PROFESSIONALS, STAFF and TRAINEES.
Here is a link to the EDI survey. It will take no longer than 3 minutes to
complete.

Thank you! Please make sure trainees and staff in your groups receive this
message and are subscribed to this email list.
